The ArcanFlows dashboard is your central hub for managing AI agents, workflows, forms, and monitoring your automations.

Dashboard Layout

The dashboard is organized into several key areas:

Sidebar Navigation

The left sidebar provides quick access to all main sections:

• Dashboard: Overview and analytics
• Agents: AI agent management
• Workflows: Visual workflow builder
• Forms: Smart form builder
• Tools: Integrations and connections
• Templates: Pre-built solutions
• Activity: Execution logs and history
• Settings: Configuration and preferences

Main Content Area

The central area displays the content for your current section. It adapts based on what you're working on.

Header

The top header includes:

• Search: Quick search across all resources
• Notifications: System alerts and updates
• Theme Toggle: Switch between light and dark mode
• User Menu: Profile, settings, and logout

Navigation Tips

Keyboard Shortcuts

Speed up your workflow with keyboard shortcuts:

Command Palette

Press Cmd/Ctrl + K to open the command palette for quick navigation:

> Go to Agents
> Create new workflow
> Search "customer support"
> Open settings

Breadcrumbs

When navigating into nested pages, breadcrumbs at the top help you track your location and navigate back:

Dashboard > Workflows > Order Processing > Edit

Customizing Your Dashboard

Theme Selection

Choose your preferred color scheme:

1. Click the theme toggle in the header
2. Select Light, Dark, or System (auto)

Sidebar Collapse

Toggle the sidebar width:

• Expanded: Full labels and icons
• Collapsed: Icons only (hover for labels)

Click the collapse button at the bottom of the sidebar to toggle.

Resource Management

Lists and Tables

Most resources are displayed in tables with:

• Sorting: Click column headers to sort
• Filtering: Use the filter bar to narrow results
• Pagination: Navigate through pages of results
• Bulk Actions: Select multiple items for batch operations

Search and Filter

Find resources quickly:

1. Use the global search (Cmd/Ctrl + K)
2. Use section-specific search bars
3. Apply filters for status, date, or type

Each resource row has an actions menu (three dots) with options:
